This study was carried out in Federal College of Education (Technical), Gusau, it could be replicated at the national level among all the colleges of Education in Nigeria. The researcher therefore suggested the following for further considerations:
1. A comparative study could be conducted among male and female students in the state with a view to ascertain the similarities and differences on the relationship among locus of control, Parental education and their career aspirations.

2. The scope of the study was female gender. Other further researches could be done in order to have a wider coverage. Therefore, male students could be equally studied.
3. Other variables that are not captured in the study such as academic performance and self- other motivation could be an additional in further researches By so doing, youth could be better guided to realize their potentialities and go along with manpower needs of the country so as to avoid wastage of national resources.
